Why this program exists

In a rapidly evolving beauty industry, it can be overwhelming to determine which strategies will truly drive growth. Over the past decade, the shift from large, quantity-focused salons to niche, personalized salon suites has left many professionals struggling to adapt. Social media and other education platforms have diluted the concept that bespoke education and confidence in knowledge is the key to any growth and success.

The lack of targeted education has left many salon owners and stylists feeling unmotivated, isolated, and uncertain about how to achieve lasting success. I have built thriving businesses, teams, and networks by prioritizing strong relationships and offering customized services. My passion lies in sharing my journeys—both the triumphs and the setbacks—to illuminate the path forward for others.

Meet your coach

I’m a Philly-born, Manhattan-based salon owner and educator with 17+ years in the hair industry. I started my journey at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, inspired by my grandmother, and trained in a luxury Mainline salon before building a loyal clientele in a boutique studio.

In 2015, I launched Bobby Mack & Co Hair Studio to offer bespoke, lived-in color and styling. Within three years, I grew my team from 1 to 25 and scaled the business from $125K to $1.5M. Today, the studio remains one of Philadelphia’s top destinations for customized hair experiences.

My passion has always gone beyond the chair. I’ve trained at L’Oréal’s Soho Academy, NineZeroOne, and with Dominick Serna, but it was leading my own team that sparked my love for education and coaching. Since 2017, I’ve hosted hair classes, led team trainings, and consulted stylists and salon owners to help them lead with confidence and clarity.

This coaching platform is an extension of that mission: to share real strategies (no fluff, no gimmicks) that empower you to grow your business with purpose. Whether you’re building your brand or leading a team, I’m here to support you with systems that work and education that sticks.
